Karen Mihalko has been licensed to dispense hearing aids since 2006. She worked with Todd at the same large retail chain. Karen is a member of the WI Alliance of Hearing Professionals as well as the International Hearing Society. She, too, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and also continues to attend educational seminars. She left the large retail chain to join Todd in his private practice. She is the front office manager and is able to confidently answer any questions you may have about hearing loss or hearing aids. She will always have a smile and a hot cup of coffee to greet you!

Todd M. Beyer is a 2nd generation hearing instrument specialist. He has been licensed to dispense hearing aids since 1999. He was with a large retail hearing aid chain for 11 years, during which he became a supervisor and trainer for the franchise that covers all of central and northern WI. In 2004, he passed a competency exam which gives him the title of Board Certified. He also took an additional training course during '05 and '06 in Audioprosthology. He is a member of the WI Alliance of Hearing Professionals and serves on the Board of Directors for the organization. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and since 2005, he has volunteered for the WI Dept. of Safety and Professional Services as an examiner for the candidates trying to get their dispensing license. After opening his own private practice in June of 2010, in downtown Marshfield, he is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and continues to attend educational seminars to stay on top of the latest developments that are being made in the hearing aid profession. He is accepting new clients and clients who already have hearing instruments.

Mary Sue has been a licensed hearing instrument specialist since 2016. Mary Sue originally came to the Hearing House as a part time receptionist. Her interest in hearing loss and passion for helping our clients drove her to become certified to dispense hearing aids. Mary Sue is a graduate of the Leadership Marshfield Program Class of 2017-18. She has been involved in multiple local projects and loves to serve our community. She is continually taking hearing related continuing education courses, including tinnitus treatment, to better serve her clients. Mary Sue has tinnitus herself and loves to help others understand what tinnitus is and how to cope with it. She is accepting new clients who need hearing aids and those who currently wear them.
